• Enophthalmos is to look eyes retracted from a case which broken facial bones has not been treated exactly or another case which orbital fat was absorbed by a serious exterior injury and the other case which have congenitally a little fat in orbits.
  Enophthalmos correction surgery is known as a difficult surgery to correct and has many cases with a bad result.

• Fine Autologous Fat Transplantation

• It is possible for only slight enophthalmos to get fine autologous fat transplantation.
  We collect the fat from a thigh, a buttock, or a stomach has a lot of fat and inject a minimum amount of fat to various layers. So it has the very high rate of fat settlement, little dimpling in the skin and the result is so natural.

• Diced Bone Transplantation

• If the severity of a deep-set eye is more than average, transplanting diced bone after general anesthesia shows the big effect.

  Diced bone transplantation is the correction that makes a deep-set eye protrude appropriately and is symmetric with the other eye after collecting unnecessary bone in the face through facial analysis, dicing it with a special device and transplanting it.

• Artificial Bone Transplantation

• Artificial bone is easy to be infected in comparison with autologouse bone, but it has an advantage not to need to collect bone from the face.

  There are a simple artificial bone and a titanium artificial bone. Titanium artificial bone is more effective than a simple bone because we can make whatever we want to shape on the orbital wall of the deep-set eye and insert it onto the orbital wall. But the material cost is high, so patients can make a decision after considering if it will be used.

  Patients with deep-set eyes is recommended to get this surgery in a year after the 1st surgery. Because they have usually deep-set eyes after having orbital fracture or getting an orbital fracture surgery and the scarred tissue may be a variable.

• Rib Cartilage Transplantation

• If the severity of a deep-set eye is more than average or patients don’t want to change their facial shape, we perform rib cartilage transplantation to them.

  Rib cartilage transplantation is the correction that makes a deep-set eye protrude appropriately and is symmetric with the other eye after collecting rib cartilage from patients’ rib, dicing and transplanting it.

  For women, a wrinkle beneath their beast is incised to collect a rib cartilage, and for men, the surface of the 6th rib cartilage is incised.
