    Silicone and gortex artifial material has been widely used however. Their terrible side effects such as infection, contracture, exposure or displacement and has brought to patient’s worry and fear.
  • Therefore, EFIL plastic clinic keeps our philosphy using only autologus tissues for plastic surgery to prevent artificial side effects.
    Only 1 cm incision on chest can be allowed for harvest cartilage with unbelievable techniques.
    Ear and nose cartilage cannot be alternative of nasal dorsal augmenation material due to very small amount of cartilage.
  • Why does not EFIL center use silicone or gortex material?

          However autulogous cartilage will be perfect for this.

          So artifical material cannot be used with lateral ostoeotomy
