  If the maxillary jaw has a slope problem, we resect the maxillary jaw horizontally, adjust a normal slop and keep a balance in a chin	After incising mucosa and rasping periostea and muscles, we osteotomize the chin bone and advance it.	After osteotomizing the chin bone in a T-shape, we remove unnecessary bones and make a wide chin tip smaller.
