• Bimaxillary protrusion from Bimaxillary bone problem :
       Orthognathic surgery, Anterior Segmental Osteotomy(ASO)

  (a) With both protruded teeth and a protruded mouth (b) With over 4 mm of the degree of protrusion. (c) With a bad state of gum (d) With a gum exposed when smiling (e) Want to have a correction of bimaxillary protrusion in short term
  B. Anterior Segmental Osteotomy(ASO) : Gum is not exposed when smiling
  a) General surgical method of bimaxillary protrusion is to resect the space secured from extracting a teeth behind each canine tooth and move all of a gum, bones and teeth
  C. Orthognathic surgery : less than 4 mm of the degree of protrusion
  (a) Impossible to perform ASO as patients extracted teeth already and could not extract additional ones (b) Possible for a mouth to look sunken after bimaxillary protrusion surgery as the degree of the bimaxillary protrusion is not serious (c) With a protruded mandibular jaw, a long face and a seriously exposed gum
  D. Maxillary Surgery : Both Seriously Protruded Mouth and Short Chin
  (a) (ㄱ) Plan and design areas to incise in the maxillary and mandibular jaws through 3D-CT analysis (b) Osteotomize the maxillary and mandibular jaws as designed (c) Resect a gum bone after moving resecting bones (d) Fix the resected bones
