• 	With Wide Nasal Cartilage
  - Some portions of wide nasal structure cartilages are remained and others incised. - Rib cartilage grafts are inserted and made as a supporter on the dorsum of nose after trimming the shape of nasal cartilage
  	With a Wide Gap between Nasal Cartilage
  - After trimming nasal cartilages small, both sides are sutured and tied up and the nasal septum connected to the bottom gets lifted naturally. So patients’ nose become sharp.
  	With too Much Fat & the Thick Skin Cell Tissues
  - Some portions beneath the skin between the right and the left nasal cartilage or covering the cartilages are removed. Despite performing this Rhinoplasty , if the nose tip doesn’t get sharp, we need to insert the nasal septum cartilage on patients’ nose tip and make their nose beautiful.
