• Arrow shaped Nose is that the nose tip is not sharp but heads downwardly. When observing patients’ lateral nose, the nose looks sagged.
  Arrow shaped nose is because the alar cartilages on the nasal tip is heading downwardly or cartilages of nasal septum is long. Arrow shaped nose can almost be corrected if lifting the nose tip. Because arrow shaped nose rhinoplasty is one of the very high leveled rhinoplasties to perform even during the operation, it is important to get this surgery from skilled surgeons
• Surgical Technique

• 	With Weak Crookedness
  -As the crooked and protruded portion in the nasal dorsum is trimmed and the sunken portion is implanted by dice rib cartilage grafts, we make patients’ crooked nose look sleek and straight.
  	With the Serious Protrusion of Nasal Dorsum
  - Lateral nasal bone osteotomy - both sides and the central portion of the crooked nasal bone is osteotomized vertically and got upright - The corrective surgeries of crooked nasal septum and inferior nasal concha are performed at the same time
  	With the Serious Protrusion of Nasal Dorsum
  - Nasal septum is a kind of column to separate the nasal space into two sides and a column to support a nasal dorsum. So, if this is crooked or not straight, we call it as nasal septum deviation - Most of crooked noses are caused by nasal septum deviation. - We prevent to relapse as correcting nasal septum deviation.
