• Arrow Shaped Nose
• Arrow shaped Nose is that the nose tip is not sharp but heads downwardly. When observing patients’ lateral nose, the nose looks sagged.
  Arrow shaped nose is because the alar cartilages on the nasal tip is heading downwardly or cartilages of nasal septum is long. Arrow shaped nose can almost be corrected if lifting the nose tip. Because arrow shaped nose rhinoplasty is one of the very high leveled rhinoplasties to perform even during the operation, it is important to get this surgery from skilled surgeons.
• Surgical Technique
• - By reloose-fitting and rotating upwardly and fixing some portions of drooped alar cartilages on the nose tip, the length is adjusted
  
  - Autologuous cartilge is put on the rotated alar cartilages and the nose tip is made higher and well-shaped.
  
  - As inserted diced rib cartilage grafts can be inserted on a low nasal dorsum, its height can be adjusted
• Surgical Point
• In order to prevent the nose tip from relapsing to droop, nasolabial angle corrective surgery(namely, cat surgery) is performed after reloose-fitting a depressor septi nasi muscle.
