- In order to expand the nose length, we need to expand the nose skin also, so we should be rasping more than other normal rhinoplasties.
- If the alar cartilage is lifted, the upper portion of the alar cartilage is resected, expanded downward, and fixed.
- Diced rib cartilage grafts is inserted on the nose tip and the nose tip is expanded.
